National Pingtung University (NPTU) is supporting and welcoming the displaced Ukrainian students by providing them tuition-free studies in our international master programs taught in English. The students will be provided with free accommodation in campus and will have full access to all the services available to NPTU students. In addition, Ukrainian students who are experiencing financial difficulties will be received monthly stipend for living in Taiwan.

National Pingtung University (NPTU) is in Pingtung City, which is seated in the southernmost of Taiwan. With a population of nearly 800,000, Pingtung county is a business and industrial center, and it is also one of Taiwan's major zones of agricultural production, yielding rice and other crops delighted throughout the island. NPTU is established in August 1, 2014, merging from National Pingtung University of Education and National Pingtung Institute of Commerce. NPTU inherits the rich teaching and research potentials in the fields of technological and vocational education, comprehensive higher education, and normal education. NPTU commits itself to building up a university of excellence in teaching and specialization in research, which responds to the trends in modern higher education.
NPTU wishes to be closely connected with Sustainable Development Goal 4, Quality Education, to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
