 IITA Master's Thesis Examination Guidelines

一、 時程與截止日期 (I. Schedule & Deadlines)

申請資格： 須於論文計畫發表通過二個月後提出。	Eligibility: Apply two months after passing your thesis proposal presentation.
申請時限： 請於口試前 3 週向學程辦公室提出申請。	Application Time: Submit your application to the office at least 3 weeks before the oral exam.
本學期申請截止日： 2026 年 6 月 17 日。	Submission Deadline: June 17, 2026.
論文考試截止日：第一學期為 1/15 止；第二學期為 7/15 止。	Exam Deadline:Jan. 15 for 1st semester; July 15 for 2nd semester.

二、 申請應檢附文件 (II. Required Documents for Application)

1. 研究生論文考試申請表 (Graduate Thesis Examination Application Form)
2. 研究生論文考試委員推薦書 (Recommendation Letter for Committee Members)
3. 歷年成績單一份 (Official Transcript of Academic Records - 1 copy)
4. 學術倫理修課證明書 (Certificate of Academic Ethics Education Course)
   • 需先至校務系統申請並上傳證明 (Apply via the school system & upload certificate first (Link：https://reg.nptu.edu.tw/p/412-1066-6038.php?Lang=zh-tw  / https://reg.nptu.edu.tw/var/file/66/1066/img/1684/202338884.pdf )).
5. 論文提要一份 (Thesis Abstract - 1 copy)

三、 考試當天必備表單 (III. Required Forms on Examination Day)

請至學程網頁下載以下表格 (Download forms from the IITA website):

• 口試簽到單 (Attendance Sheet)
• 評分表 (一式三份) (Evaluation Forms - 3 copies)
• 成績繳送單 (Grade Submission Form)
• 論文口試合格簽名頁 (Thesis Oral Defense Signature Page)

四、 論文考試(口試)結束後 (IV. After the Thesis Examination/Oral Defense)

1. 畢業申請 (Graduation Application):

通過口試後，您須填寫「國立屏東大學研究生畢業申請表」，並將上述所有文件提交至資訊學院辦公室。請至註冊組網頁「表單下載」→「畢業離校申請」下載。

After passing the oral defense, you must fill out the "NPTU Graduation Application Form for Graduate Students" and submit all the aforementioned documents to the College of Informatics Office. Please download the form from the Registration Group website under "Form Download" → "Graduation Leave Application."

2. 校友系統 (Alumni System):

請登入校友資訊系統更新您的個人資料。

Please log in to the Alumni Information System to update your personal data.

3. 最後離校截止日期 (Final Departure Deadlines):
   • 第一學期 (1st semester): 第二學期註冊日前 (Before the registration date of the next semester).
   • 第二學期 (2nd semester): 8 月 15 日前 (Before August 15).
   • 重要提醒 (Important): 若未能在上述日期前完成離校手續，該學期將視為「未畢業」。

If the departure procedures are not completed by these dates, you will be considered "not graduated" for that semester.
