Graduation (School Leaving) Application procedures

(一)畢業條件:

Graduation Requirement

  1. 研究生論文口試通過後且完成畢業門檻(通過學術倫理課程、英文能力檢定及畢業時至少在國內外學術期刊或學術研討會發表論文一篇或取得一張專業證照之規定)。

Passing the thesis oral examination and completing the graduation requirements (passing the academic ethics course, English proficiency test, and at least one paper published in a domestic and international academic journal or conference or obtaining a professional certificate before graduation.)

  1. 本碩士學位學程研究生至少須修畢二十四學分,外加論文六學分。研究領域課程之畢業總學分至少修滿十八學分(含高等作業系統(Advanced Operating Systems)、專案管理(Project Management)等二門課程)。

Students in this master program must complete at least 24 credits plus 6 credits Thesis and at least 18 credits of (including Advanced in the research field Operating Systems and Project Management)

(二)各學年度離校截止日期與時間:

School Leaving deadlines and times for each academic year

依學校規定,第一學期(上學期)離校最晚期限為第二學期(下學期)開學日前平常日;第二學期(下學期)為8月15日(遇假日則另行更告知)。未依規定期限完成離校程序視為該學期未畢業,即延畢(逾期未辦妥離校手續者,視同該學期未畢業,其未達修業年限者,次學期仍應註冊,並於次學期結束前辦妥畢業離校手續,否則該學位考試以不及格論,依規定退學)。

According to the school's regulations, the latest deadline for leaving school in the first semester is the usual day before the start of the second semester; the second semester is August 15 (if it is a holiday, the deadline will be changed). If the student does not complete the graduation procedures by the prescribed deadline, he/she will be considered as not having graduated in that semester and will be deferred. If the student fails to complete the graduation procedures before the deadline, he/she will be considered as not having graduated in that semester, and he/she should still register for the next semester and complete the graduation procedures before the end of the next semester. Otherwise, the student will fail the degree examination and withdrawn from the program in accordance with the regulations).

(三)離校流程:

             School Leaving process

1.研究生論文口試後提出紙本「畢業申請書」。

Submit "Graduation Application" after the oral examination of the graduate thesis.

2.研究生論文口試後請至本校「校務行政系統-學生資訊系統」→「﹝H01﹞離校手續」申請離校手續,申請後則由各單位線上進行審核(含系辦、系主任、指導教授、校友服務組及圖書館等)。

After the oral examination, please go to the school's "School Administration System - Student Information System" → "H01School Leaving Procedures" for Application. After the application, it will be reviewed online by each unit (including the department office, department chair, advisor, alumni service group and library, etc.)

3.本校電子論文繳交規範是採用國家圖書館-臺灣博碩士論文加值系統之規範審核,請依審核規定上傳論文請詳閱國立屏東大學博碩士論文系統網頁說明,或下載「論文建檔與管理操作手冊」參閱。

The school's electronic dissertation submission standard adopts the review standard of the National Central Library-National Digital Library of Thesis and Dissertations in Taiwan. Please upload your dissertation in accordance with the review regulations. Please read the instructions on the website of the National Pingtung University Electronic Dissertations and Theses System, or download the "Thesis Documentation and Management Operation Manual" for reference.

4.請研究生至圖書館「國立屏東大學博碩士論文系統」申請建檔帳號,並請詳閱圖書館建檔相關規則。

Students are requested to apply for an account in the " National Pingtung University Electronic Dissertations and Theses System " in the library, and please read the relevant rules of the library.

5.研究生論文請指導教授確認後,請先進行「論文比對(中文論文快刀)、(英文論文turnitin)」,比對結果相似度需30%(含)以下,符合條件後請印出紙本並請「指導教授」簽名,簽名後請掃描成電子圖檔(或拍照)並至「校務行政系統-學生資訊系統→B36_畢業門檻管理→B3603S畢業門檻申請作業→論文比對」進行上傳,並由圖書館進行線上審核,圖書館審核通過後,論文比對表(紙本)請與論文本一同繳交至註冊組。

  After the dissertation is confirmed by the advisor, please conduct the "dissertation comparison (Chinese dissertation: Paper Plagiarism Verify System), (English dissertation: Turnitin)". The similarity of the comparison results should be less than 30% (inclusive). After meeting the conditions, please print out a paper copy and ask the " advisor " to sign. After signing, please scan it into an electronic image file (or take a photo) and upload it to "School Administration System-Student Information System→B36_Graduation Threshold Management→B3603S Graduation Threshold Application Homework→Thesis Comparison", and the library will conduct online review. After the library has passed the examination and approval, please submit the dissertation comparison table (paper copy) to the registration section together with the dissertation.

6.請將「論文上傳同意書」經「指導教授」簽名後,掃描成電子圖檔(或拍照)並至「校務行政系統-學生資訊系統→B36_畢業門檻管理→B3603S畢業門檻申請作業→論文上傳」進行上傳,並由圖書館線上審核是否通過。

Please scan the "Consent Form for Uploading Dissertation" with the signature of the "Advisor", scan it into an electronic image file (or take a photo) and send it to "School Administration System-Student Information System→B36_Graduation Threshold Management→B3603S Graduation Threshold Application Homework→Thesis Upload” to upload, and the library will review whether it is approved or not.

7.完成論文上傳(含論文比對上傳、論文上傳同意書)後,並通過圖書館審核後,即可印出「論文本」至少5本(註冊組1本、系辦2本、圖書館2本),增加之本數請自行決定。

After uploading the dissertation (including the dissertation comparison and the dissertation consent form) is completed, and passing the review of the library, at least 5 copies of the "dissertation" can be printed (1 for the registration section, 2 for the department office, and 2 for the library). Please make your own decision on the number of additional ones.

8.論文本請分別繳交至圖書館2本、學程2本及註冊組1本(含指導教授簽名後之論文比對表)後即完成離校手續。

Please submit 2 dissertations to the library, 2 to department office and 1 to registration section (including thesis comparison table with the signature of the advisor) Finally you complete the school leaving procedures.
